On Monday, the Shelton JH Quiz Bowl team competed against Amherst, Holdrege, Elm Creek, Lexington, Gothenburg, and Axtell. The team competed hard and came away with fourth place! Good job everyone!

The Nebraska Safety Center will be having a Driver Education course at Shelton Public School June 5th-9th, 2023. Information will be mailed home for students in grades 8-10. Register and pay online at: www.unk.edu/dred or mail in payment and completed form. Registration is limited to 24 students.

We have been having communication with Lawrence Nelson since Tuesday about todays weather. After discussing with their AD late last night, they will let us know throughout the morning on what their ability to travel to Shelton looks like, and should be able to make their decision by early afternoon. We will keep you posted as the information becomes available to us.

The girls took down Giltner last night and moved on to the subdistrict final where they will play Lawrence-Nelson! Game is set for 6:30p on Thursday. We are keeping an eye on the weather and will notify about any changes to game times. #GoBigBlue

Due to the impeding weather, the wrestling crew is heading out earlier to beat the storm. So, we will NOT be having the pep rally/sendoff at 1:00 tomorrow. Instead we will just be sending off Sebastian at 8:00am. Join us to wish him luck as he heads to Omaha! #GoBigBlue
